
We’re looking for a Brand Designer based in the LA to help us craft bold, thoughtful brands for fast-growing consumer companies. You’ll work across brand identity systems, logos, packaging, and detailed brand books, translating strategy into visuals that feel distinctive and scalable. This role is client-facing, so you’ll collaborate directly with founders and teams to shape how their brands come to life. You should be comfortable taking a brand from concept to packaging to digital expression (e-commerce website), while maintaining strong design craft and attention to detail. A good understanding of print, materials, and production is important, along with the ability to guide clients through the design process. We’re a lean, ambitious team backed by Guild Capital, working with brands designed to launch, grow, and win in the D2C space.
