'ORGEL IN BLOOM'은 신세계백화점의 봄 시즌을 여는 미디어 콘텐츠로,
백화점 건축물을 하나의 거대한 아날로그 뮤직박스로 정의한 프로젝트입니다.
디지털 스크린 속에 정교하게 설계된 기계식 오토마타(Automata) 장치를 구현하여,
관객들에게 태엽 오르골이 주는 특유의 아날로그적 향수와 클래식 왈츠 음악의 시각적 리듬감을 전달합니다.
쇼팽의 'Waltz Op. 70, No. 1'의 경쾌한 선율과 함께 거대한 오르골이 깨어납니다.
태엽이 감기고 문이 열리면, 신세계백화점의 외벽은 꿈과 낭만이 가득한 환상적인 무대로 변모합니다.
정교한 오토마타 메커니즘을 통해 회전목마, 피아노, 유니콘, 그리고 벚꽃 드레스가 춤을 추듯 등장하며
도심 한복판에 봄의 축제를 선사합니다.
'ORGEL IN BLOOM' is a media content for Shinsegae Department Store's spring season,
reimagining the architectural facade as a grand analog music box.
By implementing intricately designed mechanical automata within a digital screen,
the project conveys the unique analog nostalgia of a wind-up music box
and the visual rhythm of classical waltz music.
To the lively melody of Chopin's 'Waltz Op. 70, No. 1', the massive music box awakens.
As the mainspring winds and the doors swing open, the exterior of Shinsegae
is transformed into a fantastic stage filled with dreams and romance.
Through sophisticated automata mechanisms, a carousel, a grand piano,
unicorns, and a cherry blossom dress emerge and dance,
bringing a festival of spring to the heart of the city.
